Extending existing granit Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top

Just moved into a new house and (http://maplered.com) removed a pantry at the end of an existing Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top. Installed new cabinets in place of the pantry. The problem is now the length of the new Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top that needs to be installed is longer than the stand (http://maplered.com) ard Granite (http://tanbrown.org) length. So, I would like to continue the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top with either Granite (http://tanbrown.org) tile or natural Stone (http://g603.net) , but am seeing difficulties in finding a way of finishing the edges on the new Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top extension with the existing Granite (http://tanbrown.org) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top bull nose edge. Can't seem to find the same edge anywhere, any suggestions on how I might make the transition, with a good finish on it?
